Murmur, formerly known as Ye Olde New Age Store, was a new age crystal business owned by Marge. It originally operated out of the garage of 742 Evergreen Terrace before it moved to become a stall in Shelbyville Mall.
After FAO Quartz closed down, Marge was given the entire inventory of the shop by the new age clerk. She used these supplies to set up her own store, originally named Ye Olde New Age Store. Lindsey Naegle visited the store and offered to get her more new age products for her store. Marge then rebranded the store to become Murmur, which proved very popular with the people of Springfield.
At one point, Chief Wiggum came into the store and told Marge that he'd have to shut her store down as she didn't have retail business license. Marge then bribed him with many bottles of hemp body lotion which his wife liked. One day, Piper Paisley, the owner of the new age stall Plop, visited the store to tell Marge to back off her business...
