Synopsis

"After a run-in with The Brotherhood of Bullies, Bartman is entrusted with Professor Frink's newest invention, a cell phone that can give its owner superheroic abilities. Bartman's sidekick, however, Houseboy (Milhouse) turns into a very, very, bad boy!"
