Springfield National Forest contains a waterfall and a cave, which is home to a family of bears. It was scheduled to be cut down completely by a timber company due to the timber company representative bribing the corrupt Springfield Congressman Bob Arnold, but the plans were cancelled when Arnold was arrested in a sting operation. It was later threatened to be cut down again, this time by the Rich Texan.
