No Cause For Alarm is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Simpsons Comics #163.
Homer's slacking off at work causes a meltdown emergency and the whole town breaks out in panic; Moe raises the price of his beer, Apu makes a fortune from people panic buying and Selma, desperate not to die alone, has sex with Hans Moleman. Homer pulls a Homer and saves the town. However a second meltdown emergency occurs and everyone panics again (with Hans being pulled back into Selma's apartment and Reverend Lovejoy joining the drunks at Moe's). Homer once again avoids disaster then steals the Nuclear plants meltdown siren and uses it as a burglar alarm. When Snake attempts to rob the Simpsons the alarm goes off and everyone panics yet again (with Hans waiting at Selma's door with Champagne), Homer rushes to the power plant but remembers the meltdown alarm is at his home, he deactivates and returns the siren.
