Ron Hauge is writer and producer with The Simpsons. In his earlier career Hauge was a contributor to National Lampoon and later wrote for Seinfeld, In Living Colour, The Ren & Stimpy Show, and a short lived reincarnation of The Carol Burnett Show. Hauge joined The Simpsons staff in the eighth season. He won an Emmy for writing "Homer's Phobia", which was his first episode. Although he hasn't received a writing creadit since season twelve, he received producers credits up until the eighteenth season.
