When Eddie and Lou was searching after missing donuts they was are Springfield Docks where they finding donuts pieces that leads them to Springfield Ink. Inside was Snake getting a mom tattoo by Mervin Monroe while he was eating donuts. Eddie and Lou storms the tattoo parlor and Mervin gets scared and accidentally makes a permanent squiggly line on Snake's arm. Eddie and Lou arrested Snake then.
