He realizes that becuse he is the least popular student and he must take over that person that is before him which is [[Milhouse]] and because Milhouse is friends with [[Bart]], he must take his place as Bart's best friend. The next day tell Martin for Bart that he wants to challenge Milhouse to take over his place as his best friend. Bart hesitant but after Martin gives him some raisin roundies which he likes he accept Martin's challenge. The next day will Milhouse give Bart some comic books but he does not like them. Martin gives Bart some tips for the test which worked and gives him a perfect score. Milhouse then try to give Bart same clothes as he has but he refuses to take it on. Martin makes at the playground teen a play about how good it is to be Bart. Bart sees the play and he likes it.

The Martin Chronicles! is a Bart Simpson Comics story that appears in Bart Simpson #82.

Synopsis

"Martin Prince decides to make a move up the Springfield Elementary food chain by auditioning for the role of Bart’s second banana."

Plot

Sherri and Terri are hosting their birthday party, and Martin is not invited to it.
