Star Trek XII: So Very Tired is a movie advertised on TV, billed as the "latest and greatest" adventure of Star Trek's original series cast. The commercial is seen by Bart, Lisa and Grampa.

The characters of Star Treks original series feature, although they have all aged considerably and become weary with their adventures. Kirk complains about his hernia and that "nobody listens" to what he says and reacts with boredom when informed by a cane-using Sulu that there are Klingons on the starboard bow. Scotty is also so overweight he can no longer reach the Enterprises control panel.
