TV Show Information

Saved by the Bell was a television series. Martin Prince, then the student-body present, got the idea for Springfield Elementary's Casino Night from an episode of the series. Principal Skinner said it was always on too late for him.[1]

In the episode, a casino night was held at the school, and it ended in disaster as it was revealed that the chips had no monetary value - the same happened at Springfield Elementary's casino night.

Behind the Laughter

Saved by the Bell was a real television series, but no such episode wherein a casino night happens at Bayside High School ever aired.
