A sign saying "Sleazy Sam's Remember that name" was seen in the opening to the 2012 episode "Ned 'n' Edna's Blend". The episode closed with Homer, dressed as Jesus, opening Sleazy Sam's 50th building. Homer was struck by lightning outside of the building.
