[[Dr. Hibbert]] realizes that [[Bart]] has a disease called "Butterfingeritis" based on unique activity found in his brain's pleasure lobe. When Homer asks for a cure, Dr. Hibbert tells him the disease is incurable. Amazed at the news, Bart says, "Crispety, crunchity, peanut buttery! Nothin' like a Butterfinger!"
