Baron Herzenberger is the young, wealthy German who is somehow related to the original owner or owners of the art stolen by the Flying Hellfish during World War II. He appears near the end of the episode in Raging Abe Simpson and His Grumbling Grandson in the Curse of the Flying Hellfish. He seems to not care too much about the art and is in a hurry to drive away, explaining that he is late for a Kraftwerk concert. (Kraftwerk is a classic electronica band from Germany).
