[[Professor Frink]] talks about his Frinkian Miracel-Gro for [[Bart]] and [[Lisa]] and he test it on the [[Blinky]] in a bowl. Blinky starts to get legs and crawls out of the bowl. [[Krusty]] buying the mutated fish and use it as their mystery meat for months. The Customers love the fish burger and everyone is happy over it except Lisa.

Hook, Line & Frinker is a Simpsons Comics One-Shot Wonders story that appears in Professor Frink's Fantastic Science Fictions #1.

Synopsis

"Frink's study of the beloved three-eyed fish, Blinky, results in a plague of biblical proportions. Soon voracious three-eyed mutant fish beasts overrun the entire town of Springfield! Can Professor Frink find a solution to science run amuck"

Professor Frink talks to Bart and Lisa about his Frinkian Miracle-Gro, and tests it on Blinky in a bowl. Blinky starts to grow legs and crawls out of the bowl. Frink is happy that the experiment worked, but Lisa thinks it's a bad idea to "alter the building blocks of life". However, Frink tells her that it is for science. Blinky starts to clone himself and gets a twin. Frink gives the two Blinkys a thyrozine-inhibiros to get them back to normal but doesn't work. Instead, they spawn and start to invade Springfield. Frink calls the pest control genius, Cletus, who attracts the mutant fish to a Krusty Burger by placing hamburgers outside, and manages to capture them. Krusty buys the mutated fish and uses them as their mystery meat for months. The customers love the fish burgers, and everyone is happy except Lisa.
