Milhouse give up because they have failed three times but Bart seeing a graffiti by [[El Barto]] on a poster of [[Mayor Quimby]] and realize they can fake a film. Bart dressing him up as El Barto and Milhouse filming his shadow and they filming several of his crimes. Synopsis
- "Bart and Milhouse search Springfield to reap the financial rewards being offered by Channel 6 for news tips, but when it turns out to be a slow news day, they decide to fabricate a few phony stories of their own."

They decide to make a new film, this time is Bart filming when he bungee jumping from Springfield Bridge and he having the camera on his taped to his helmet when he makes the jump. Bart jumps but the tape that the camera is fixed at detachment from his helmet and flying up in the air and a bird capture it and flying away with it. Martin thanks Bart and Milhouse, he has filmed the whole incident and he intends to sending it to Brockman and get $200. Milhouse remember Bart that he must pay Kirk $400 for the camera. Bart's reaction to all this is D'oh.
