Futility Belt is a Bart Simpson story that appears in Bart Simpson #2. The comic has later got reprinted in Big Book of Bart Simpson.
Plot
After Bartman is being chased by the police, he hides in Springfield Comic Convention and participate in their costume contest, which won by Lisa Simpson as "Bartgirl".
