Nero's Palace is a casino in Las Vegas. When Homer and Ned go there they end up marrying waitresses they met in the bar while drunk. Gunter and Ernst and their tiger Anastasia also appear to work there.

Behind the Laughter

It is a parody of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, as well as a reference to the Roman Emperor Nero.
