David Hyde Pierce (born April 3, 1959) is an American actor and comedian, best known for his role as Niles Crane on Fraiser. He voiced Cecil Terwilliger in the season 8 episode "Brother from Another Series" and in the season 19 episode "Funeral for a Fiend". He will also voice a character named Felix in the upcoming season 26 premiere.[1][2]

Sideshow Bob, Cecil's brother, is voiced by Kelsey Grammer who yet again played David Hyde Pierce's character's brother as Frasier Crane on Frasier.
