The Face That Launched A Thousand Blecchs is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Bart Simpson #67.
Plot
Bart is making expressions which irritate Lisa, so Marge asks him to stop. Homer punches Bart in the neck and his facial expression sticks, and he can not get rid of it. Bart goes to school where all students and teachers are afraid of him. Principal Skinner orders Willie to scare Bart so his expression changes, but this is not successful. He then asks Nelson to do it, but he also fails, as does Milhouse. Lisa gets an idea and kisses Bart, because she knows kisses from girls scare him, but it does not succeed. Bart thinks it's because she's his sister, so Lisa asks the girls at the school to start kissing Bart and they all do, the result being Bart's face returns to normal. Bart feels disgusted by all the kisses when Nelson punches Bart in the neck, so he is now stuck with another facial expression.
