Building Price Fluctuations
I believe the prices of buildings fluctuates with time. I've been saving up for the Wiggum House, which was roughly $85K yesterday. When I reached the amount to buy it, it said $93K, so I just thought I checked wrong the first time. So when I hit $93K a few hours later, the house cost $81K.
Something to look into! Maybe there's an amount of time that is more optimal to buy than others!
