Is the infobox image guy Grady?
In Flaming Moe Grady seems to have a quite different appearance to that of his previous Three Gays of the Condo, when I fist watched the episode I noticed this and passed it off as being just a redesign. Then earlier I was watching The Changing of the Guardian, and I noticed Grady with Hulio with his original design, I also checked A Tree Grows in Springfield and again he has his original appearance.
