David M. Stern is an American writer who used to write for The Simpsons. He is the brother of actor Daniel Stern and worked with his brother on The Wonder Years.[1] He has also written several episodes of Monk. He was also a production assistant on the film Mystic Pizza. He is currently serving as executive producer for the series Ugly Americans, which he created.
