Scary Stories is one of the shorts of the Shorts Season 2, originally aired on December 20, 1987.
Plot
Bart asks Lisa and Maggie if they want to hear a scary story. Then he switches off the light and starts telling about an evil insane maniac, but Lisa asks him why he couldn't tell it with lights on. Bart agrees, but is unable to find the light switch and says that it's gone. Then Lisa turns on the light.
Then Bart tells about a psychopathic stranger on the loose in a dark house, who was not seen, but his breathing was heard. Bart then breather like Darth Vader, but then Lisa screams and runs to turn the lights on again.
