Dillinger: Referance?
Homer: ...it's Marge! She's become a crazed criminal just because I didn't take her to the ballet.
Wiggum: That's exactly how Dillinger got started.
Homer: Really?
I know this is a referance to something, but the only Dillinger I know is Ed Dillinger from the film Tron. There's no character in the series with this name/surname. Does anyone know any criminals with a similar story?
Also, Ed Dillinger is a criminal, since he took all credit from Kevin Flynn and was thrown in jail at the end. But if it's this villain, this would cause a plothole for Treehouse of Horror VI, since Wiggum deniced seeing this film (three times), while Homer saw it at least once.
