Neil Patrick Harris is an American actor, singer and magician. He first made his claim to fame as the title character in Doogie Howser, M.D. His current role is Barney Stinson in How I Met Your Mother.

On The Simpsons, Harris voiced himself in the episode "Bart the Murderer", playing the role of Bart Simpson in a made-for-TV movie. Harris has also been spoofed/joked on in a couple of episodes:
