Married... with Children is a television sitcom starring Ed O'Neill as Al Bundy and Katey Sagal as Peggy Bundy.
History
When Todd is sick from Osaka Flu, Ned wonders what the family did to upset God. He then recalls watching Married... with Children.[1]
Dr. Babcock showed an episode of Married... with Children to the scientists at NASA to show them what the average American liked watching. The scene cut to Al Bundy refusing to make love with Peg, whereupon he literally flushes a toilet seen next to him in the living room.[2]
