The Frying Dutchman, owned by Captain Horatio McAlliste is seafood restaurant in Springfield. The restaurant had an All-You-Can-Eat, which Homer Simpson took advantage of and nearly bankrupted the restaurant in the process. When Captain McAllister gets annoyed at Homer for eating all the food, it turns into a court case. Although Homer technically won the court case, McAllister had Homer eat all of the food in front of everyone at the restaurant as part of a "out of court settlement."
