Mr. Burns to the Rescue is a Simpsons Comics One-Shot Wonders story first printed in The Malevolent Mr. Burns #1.
Plot[edit]
Mr. Burns yells for Waylon Smithers for several things throughout the day, but Smithers never appears. After a while, Burns starts thinking about when he last saw him. It was yesterday when he asked Smithers to fetch his left-handed bacon stretcher. Smithers then laughs about it because it does not exist. Burns then becomes angry and insists it exists and is a family heirloom, prompting Smithers to begin looking for it. Burns believes it must have gotten lost in the house's underground catacombs, so he goes there to find him.
