He only makes one quote telling Bart the answer of the pirate from ''Treasure Island'' giving him and Bart Jr. detention. He seems to have the same basics as his father [[Bart]], and inspired Bart that if he fails, he will have a kid! Bart is known to hate kids, (and being married .... cooties???) so Bart forced himself. He is just in a dream Bart has and is only in one episode.
