Cayman Islands Offshore Holding Corporation is a holdings corporation in Cayman Islands.

Krusty once had a secret account at the Cayman Islands Offshore Holding Corporation. When Bart was unable to obtain Krusty's autograph, he attempted to do an end run by cutting a check to Krusty for 25 cents. Bart figured if Krusty wanted to redeem the paltry check, he would need to endorse it, and thus the cancelled check would return to Bart with autograph. When Bart did get the cancelled check, it was stamped with the logo of the Cayman Islands Offshore Holding Corporation.
