Different 'orphan'[edit]
I think that the 'orphan' in "Homer vs. Dignity" is a different kid to Patches. The kid in "Homer vs. Dignity" has blond hair, Patches has brown, the kid has a different face to Patches, as Patches' face is thinner and paler. However, the hat's the same. Compare this to this.
