One of the objects Maggie tried to use to replace her pacifier was a Bart Simpson toy.[1]
After Bart quit as the "I didn't do it boy," Marge showed him a doll of him that was made as a reminder of when he was everyone's special little guy.[2]

In the 20th Century Fox studio, they produced Bart Simpson dolls by throwing cats in a machine, and out came their fur, which they stuffed into the dolls. When a wagon was full of dolls, they let a panda pull the cart, which was being whipped.[3]
