Innocent Bystander III is an arcade video game that is seen in the Noiseland arcade.
History[edit]
After Homer left Bart and Lisa in the mall, Bart wanted to play a new game in Noiseland called Innocent Bystander III. But when Lisa saw that Biff Westwood was coming to the mall, Bart had to follow her. After a while, Bart dressed himself up as Westwood, so the girls were happy to have seen him and he can go an play the game, but he failed and instead lost his shorts.
