:I doubt it. Unisex maybe, but not a hermaphrodite as that is a woman with a man's parts. Male or female? Sure, Kodos was mentioned to be Kang's sister once. But I'm pretty sure (s)he's also been called a he. Also, Kodos doesn't have eyelashes which usually indicate a female character.
