USMC is an abbreviation for the United States Marine Corps, a branch of the U.S. Armed Forces responsible for providing power projection from the sea. The USMC is also referred to as "the Marines" for short.
History[edit]
Homer gets punched in the face on two separate occasions by the marine guarding the entrance of the American Embassy in Australia.[1]
The bullies steal the "Marine Corps tassels" from Bart's bike.[2]
