Plot
Bart watches an Itchy & Scratchy episode called Facehuggin' Frolics, which is a parody of the Alien movies. Bart ignores her, but she warns him that he'll scare himself due to the monsters, blood and gore in the cartoon.
Later that night, Bart hears a mysterious repetitive 'DA-DUM' noise from downstairs. Investigating the sound, he discovers an alien lair where his family and other Springfield residents have been captured and are being held in cocoons. The various Springfieldians then begin groaning in paim, shortly before alien chestbursters, each resembling their hosts, violently emerge from their bodies.
