Maggie's Crib is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #51.

Synopsis[edit]

Maggie has a nightmare where Bart destroys The Happy Little Elves' village.

Plot[edit]

Bart is running amok in The Happy Little Elves' village. With an expression of sadistic glee on his face, he charges into the village, chases the elves, kicks them and smashes their buildings with a baseball bat, all while the elves flee in terror. The viewpoint changes, and we see that this scene is not happening in real life, but is a nightmare that Maggie is having. Maggie abruptly wakes up from the nightmare with a horrified expression on her face.

Meanwhile, Bart is in his room playing with a fire truck. Suddenly a block flung at full force flies through the air and hits him in the back of the head. Rubbing his head, Bart picks up the block, turns around and looks in the direction the block came from. He is then completely bewildered to see an angry Maggie standing in the doorway, glowering at him and giving him a dirty look.
