Kiss Me, Bart Simpson! is a The Simpsons Winter Wingding story first printed in Simpsons Winter Wingding #7.
Synopsis
Principal Skinner tampers with the annual Mistletoe Run, which results in Bart becoming the instant—and unwilling—object of affection of every girl in his class.
Plot
The girls at Springfield Elementary School are chasing Bart to get a kiss under the mistletoe, because it is the day of mistletoe run. Bart cheated and removed his name from the fishbowl, but Skinner drew Bart's name from a hat instead and the girls are therefore commissioned to kiss him under the mistletoe. This year's prize is two tickets to a Dustin Beeber concert. Bart tries to avoid the girls and Skinner roots for the girls when Edna discovers that all the names in the hat are Bart's, and Skinner tells her that it is his payback for last week's mashed potato catastrophe. Bart runs home so the girls cannot get him, but when he comes home he happens to stand under mistletoe that Marge has placed in the hall and she gives him a kiss. Bart then says that mom cooties are not so bad and because she won, he thinks he can skip the concert but he's wrong. Marge brings Bart to the concert, and Bart is not happy about this.
