Chris Moeller was a American writer and director, known for King of the Hill (1997) and Tripping the Rift (2000). He was the storyboard artist for a total of six The Simpsons episodes and the character layout artist for "Who Shot Mr. Burns? (Part Two)".
He died in December 31, 2014 in the USA.[1]
