Alvarine Gurney (née Bisque) is Jacqueline Bouvier's mother and Marge's grandmother.
History
She didn't smoke and looked like Patty and disapproved of Jacqueline's and Marge's choices of husbands. She is probably dead but it's unknown if she is alive or not. Even though she doesn't smoke, she has the most raspy voice of all the girls in her family.
