Plot
Springfields economy has had a sharp decline over the years so Quimby has a town meeting on ways to improve Springfields starving economy then Mr.Burns suggests that that town help him in building a casino everyone even Marge votes for Burns casino to be put into busnissess. Burns&Quimby start working on the casino right away after all the ideas for the look of the Burns decides to create the design himself.
Once the casino opens Homer gets a job as a blackjack dealer. Bart wins the jackpot but is then kicked out. Bart then decides to make his own casino. Meanwhile, Marge finds a quarter on the ground, Tries gambling once, and is instantly addicted to it.
