Before school, [[Bart]] is at the [[Van Houten house]]. Bart reads Milhouse's diary entry for that day, inwhich he wrote that he hoped that on his birthday, which was that day, he could spend it being cool. Milhouse is in the bathroom when he asks Bart what he is doing here, Bart says "Nothing" and then runs out the door, tellling Milhouse not to be late for school. Milhouse is sad because Bart didn't wish him a happy birthday. As he leaves for school, Milhouse's mom [[Luann]] wishes him a happy "let your kid walk himself to school day". At school, [[Dolph]] and [[Nelson]] are outside clenching their fists, Milhouse saying "Here we go again". Milhouse says that he's ready for his lunch money mugging, and he takes off his glasses. Dolph then tells him that he and Nelson don't want his money and Nelson tells him to scram. Milhouse runs into school, saying that it's a birthday miracle and that he can eat lunch for the first time in years. Meanwhile, Bart is paying Dolph and Nelson...

When Milhouse come to school he prepares himself to give his lunch money to [[Nelson]] and [[Dolph]] but they said to him that they did not want his crummy money. Milhouse is overjoyed for the first time in years, he can eating lunch. It turns out that Nelson and Dolph been bribed by Bart, and he gives them money. When Milhouse pass [[Lisa]] in the school corridor, she tells him that he loking handsome today which made Milhouse be even happier. It turns out that Lisa has been bribed by Bart, he gives her the Limted Edition Malibu Stacy Doll World Leader. After the school, Milhouse tries to make a 900 tail grab with his skateboard but fails, but all students applaud at him. Milhouse sees then that Bart gives money to the children. Bart tell him at he wants to give Milhouse a perfect day so he bribed all school children. Milhouse tells Bart that this was the nicest thing anyone's ever done for him. Bart then asks if he had a Happy Birthday and Milhouse responds at it was the best one ever.

Milhouse attempts to do one, but ends up falling off his skateboard mid-air and hitting the ground. To his surprise, all the students watching are clapping at him. He then looks over to the students who were clapping and finds Bart giving them money...

Milhouse replies with "So you BRIBED everyone?!?", but just as Bart thinks Milhouse is gonna flip, he says that what Bart did is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for him. Milhouse's Best Day is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Bart Simpson's Pal, Milhouse Comics #1.

Plot

Before school, Bart is at the Van Houten house. Bart reads Milhouse's diary entry for that day, inwhich he wrote that he hoped that on his birthday, which was that day, he could spend it being cool.
