Skobo's is a restaurant located between Springfield and Portland.
History
Homer was going with Bart to Upward Bound and they stopped at the restaurant Skobo's. Homer order a meal with bacon and Bart went to toilet. After Bart did not come back after a while, Homer thought that he escaped. Homer opened the toilet window and called after Bart and got stuck. Bart then tells Stavros that Homer tried to dine and dash. Stavros runs to the bathroom where Homer is stuck in the window and hits him in the ass with a frying pan while Bart escape.
