Where's Ralph? is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Ralph Wiggum Comics #1.
Plot
A riot is in progress at Springfield State Prison. Law enforcement authorities have completely lost control of the situation, in spite of the presence of the Springfield Police Department and a fully-equipped SWAT team. Members of the media (including Kent Brockman cover the riot, while the prisoners involved beat each other up, trash the prison and generally run amuck. A few prisoners, however, are trying to barricade themselves in their cells in order to stay out of the riot.
Meanwhile, Chief Wiggum calls out for Ralph, who has gotten lost somewhere in the chaotic scene. Can you find him?
