Theodore Roosevelt is a former president of the USA. He guest-starred in the episode "Bart Stops to Smell the Roosevelts" via archived audio recordings.

History

Theodore Roosevelt was the 26th President of the United States, serving two terms (1901-1909). He holds the distinction of being the youngest President in U.S. history, having taken office at age 42 following the assassination of William McKinley. (John F. Kennedy, who took office at age 43, was the youngest President elected to the office.)

Roosevelt was also famous for being an avid outdoorsman and naturalist, and is consistently ranked by scholars as one of the greatest Presidents. He is one of four Presidents whose faces appear on Mount Rushmore.
