Ireland is a European island in the Atlantic Ocean, and next to Britain. It is mentioned numerous times by the Simpsons but they have only visited it once. A place that the Simpsons visited in Ireland was Blarney Castle as well as the Giant's Causeway.
Ireland is also the forefront of Europe's technical boom and has such high-tech industries as Hewlett Fitzpackard, Mick-rosoft and Cisc O'systems.
