McGarnigale is a TV series where the title character McGarnigale is a policeman who solves crimes during his spare time.
History
Homer becomes angry when he overidentifies with McGarnigle that Lisa tells him to sit down.[1] A display for the show was seen in the Museum of TV and Television.[2]
Mc 's gets dressed played the same sort of role in the McBain action movies.
Plot
In one episode of the show almost every line includes "McGarnigale" somewhere. The McGarnigale is framed for a crime he did not commit and only one witness can clear his name, a little sissy boy name Billy who's too scared to come forward. but later his police supervisor dressed him down because Billy is dead as they slit slit his throat from ear to ear.
Behind the Laughter
McGarnigale's lead is a parody of Clint Eastwood particularly in his Dirty Harry movies.
