Spinal Tap World Tour is a world tour by heavy metal band Spinal Tap. They visited London, Paris, Munich and Springfield.

Bart wears a "Spinal Tap World Tour" T-shirt before he leaves to attend his first rock concert at the Springfield Coliseum, which is sponsored by Duff Beer and Laramie Cigarettes. Concert became a comedy of errors and degenerated into a riot started by Snake.
