Mother Hubbard's Sandwich Cupboard is a sandwich franchise chain restaurant. Trudy Zangler is the vice-president for development.
History[edit]
After Marge's sandwiches were popular among pupils at Springfield Elementary School, Trudy Zangler introduced herself to Marge and gave her a pamphlet for Mother Hubbard's Sandwich Cupboard. She asked Marge if she would like to run her own business and take control of her financial future. Zangler also told Marge that she couldn't afford not to open up a franchise. After this, Marge agreed to open up a business.
After Marge's business was created, she hired Gil Gunderson, Shauna Chalmers, and Squeaky-voiced teen. The business was semi-successful, but when the Mother Hubbard's Sandwich Cupboard Express opened up across the street, Marge's business failed to meet standards, and, with the help of Moe, managed to convince Zangler into giving Marge back her original investment.

Behind the Laughter[edit]
- The franchise's name is a reference to the nursery rhyme "Old Mother Hubbard".
