Ex-Con Home Security is a home security company.
History
When Homer's home-made burglar alarm didn't work the Simpson family called Ex-Con Home Security to send a man to inspect the house. After the inspection they wanted $500 for the alarm. The Simpsons thought it was too expensive and they threw out the seller.
