Ex-Con Home Security is a home security company.

When Homer's homemade burglar alarm didn't work, the Simpson family called Ex-Con Home Security to send a man to inspect the house. After the inspection, they wanted $500 for the alarm. The Simpsons thought it was too expensive and threw out the seller.
